Refund policy

At pinkpn, every journal and notebook is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply change your mind after ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello.pinkpn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at hello.pinkpn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item immediately.

Non-Returnable Items Because all pinkpn products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days for India or 30 business days for international orders, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
