where we ship
we currently ship across india only. international shipping isn't available yet.

delivery charges
orders of ₹549 and above ship free. orders below ₹549 have a flat delivery charge of ₹59, shown at checkout before you pay. we don't offer cash on delivery just yet.

how it works
every pinkpn journal is prepared especially for you once your order is placed. when it's on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it home.

tracking
your tracking link goes to the email you used at checkout. it can take a day or two to start showing updates after you receive it. if you can't find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

busy seasons
during festivals, sales and public holidays, orders can take a little longer than usual. if anything changes with yours, we'll let you know.

your address
please double check your delivery address before placing your order. if you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if your order hasn't been prepared yet. we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

delays outside our control
once your order is with our delivery partner, its journey is in their hands. we can't control delays caused by couriers, weather or other events beyond our control, but we'll always help you follow up.

something not right?
if your order seems delayed, arrives damaged, or something just doesn't look right, email us at hello@pinkpn.in with your order number and we'll sort it out.
